VALTRYXX™ is a premium minimalist fashion brand offering curated drops across jewelry, watches, footwear, and grooming. Every piece is released in limited quantities — once it's gone, it's gone.

How do drops work?

We release products in limited-edition drops. Each DROP is available for a set window. Sign up to our email list to get early access before items sell out.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Most items are not restocked. Some pieces may return in future drops, but we do not guarantee restocks. If you see something you want, don't wait.

Shipping

We ship internationally. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. International orders may take 7–20 business days depending on your location and customs processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse partners. Shipping origin may vary by product.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, contact us.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition. Sale and limited-edition items are final sale. Visit our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After that, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change.

Sizing

Size guides are available on individual product pages. When in doubt, size up. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before ordering.

Payment & Security

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We never store your payment information.
