Refund Policy - VALTRYXX

Return window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in original packaging with all tags attached.

Return process:

1. Contact us at support@valtryxx.com to start a return.
2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.
4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Non-returnable items:

• Final sale items marked at checkout.
• Items without original tags or packaging.
• Worn, damaged, or altered items.

Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order.
