Returns & Refunds
At VALTRYXX, we're serious about two things: quality and clarity. If something isn't right, we'll take care of it—fast and fairly.
1) Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
2) What Qualifies for a Return
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging (when applicable)
- Return request must be submitted within the return window
3) Items We Can't Accept Back (for hygiene + fairness)
We do not accept returns for:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Items showing wear, use, odors, scratches, or damage after delivery
- Certain personal-care/grooming items once opened (if applicable)
4) Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item (Best-case trust builder)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email support@valtryxx.com with:
- Order number
- Clear photo/video proof (packaging + item)
- A short description of the issue
✅ If verified, we will offer one of the following at no cost to you:
- Replacement, or
- Refund, or
- Store credit (your choice, when possible)
5) "Delivered but not received" / Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it:
- Contact the carrier first (sometimes it's held or misdelivered)
- Then email us within 7 days and we'll help investigate
Resolutions depend on carrier confirmation and tracking evidence.
6) Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to damage/defect/wrong item, we cover the cost (or reimburse reasonable return shipping with receipt).
Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
7) How to Start a Return
Email support@valtryxx.com with:
- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return (optional)
We'll reply with a return authorization and instructions.
Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

8) Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
(Bank processing times may vary.)
9) Order Cancellations / Changes
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us ASAP.
Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
